Our heavy duty framed double set of gates are long lasting and are currently being supplied to a number of 5* PLC awarding winning new build sites. 
The framework is carefully cut and screwed together using 6" self cutting screws then the feather boards are nailed to the frame using an air gun. 
We highly recommend that both pad bolts and drop bolts are always bolted when gates are not in use to help prevent warping whilst timber seasons.
